Refund policy

All sales are final but you can request for an exchange if the product is faulty/incorrect within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in perfect resalable condition, unworn and in its original packaging. Tags must be included and unbroken.

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchases.

All items are inspected thoroughly before a return is processed.
Please Note, Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged, customs duties and import taxes or lost in the return transit.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the order total. Refused shipments due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund.

If you agree to the above terms, please feel free to return the clothes to us.
We will send you a new piece after we check it upon receipt, will be 3-5 days.


RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. This includes purchases made using sitewide sales (e.g. Black Friday Sale).
